Banner Engineering K30APT2FXGF2 W/30, part of the EZ-LIGHT series, is a capacitive touch-sensitive pick-to-light device designed with Gen.2 hygienic features using FDA-grade materials for the LED illumination. It comes in a gray housing with a dome-shaped window made from diffused polycarbonate (PC) and a base also constructed from polycarbonate (PC). This unit is pre-wired with a 9m / 30ft 5-wire cable that terminates with bare end flying leads. It operates on a supply voltage range of 12Vdc to 30Vdc, with a nominal voltage of 24Vdc. The K30APT2FXGF2 W/30 can be mounted on a surface, base, or pole flush with a 22mm hole using an M22 thread and has a 30mm / 1-3/16" dome diameter. It is designed to operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40°C to +50°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67 and IP69K. The operating mode is momentary, with a green job light that turns on when the input is active, and touch activates the output only with a Normally Open (NO) touch output. It has a current consumption of 55mA, one digital input (12-30Vdc; PNP) for job color control, and one digital output (12-30Vdc; PNP) for touch functionality.
