Banner Engineering IVU2PTGW16 is a grayscale image vision sensor kit featuring a 0.36 Megapixel resolution. It is designed with a built-in touchscreen and a 16mm optical lens, complemented by a white LED ring light for illumination. This sensor can store up to 30 inspections and supports PCCC. The housing is black, made from thermoplastic with an acrylic window. It comes pre-equipped with a 12-pin Euro-style M12 male connector for power supply and 2 x 4-pin M8 connectors (female + male) for USB and Ethernet connections. The IVU2PTGW16 supports multiple communication protocols, including Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP, RS-232, and PROFINET. It operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with 12Vdc and 24Vdc as nominal. The sensor offers a C-mount mounting mode, has a net height of 79 mm, a width of 81 mm, and a depth of 52 mm. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of 0 to +45°C and has a degree of protection of IP67. Additionally, it features 1 x digital output (PNP/NPN transistor), a refresh rate of 60fps, and is designed for use with a 16mm lens.
