IVU2PTGR12 Banner Vision Sensors

Banner Engineering IVU2PTGR12 is a grayscale image vision sensor kit featuring a 0.36 Megapixel resolution. It is designed with a built-in touchscreen and a 12mm optical lens, complemented by a red LED ring light for illumination. This sensor can store up to 30 inspections and supports PCCC. The housing is black, made from thermoplastic with an acrylic window. For connectivity, it comes pre-equipped with a 12-pin Euro-style M12 male connector for power supply and two 4-pin M8 connectors (one female and one male) for USB and Ethernet connections. It supports multiple communication protocols, including Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP, RS-232, and PROFINET. The sensor operates on a supply voltage range of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. It is designed for C-mount mounting and has a net height of 79 mm, width of 81 mm, and depth of 52 mm. The ambient air temperature for operation ranges from 0 to +45°C. It offers a degree of protection of IP67 and includes 1 x digital output (PNP/NPN transistor). The lens type is 12mm, and it operates with a refresh rate of 60fps.
