Banner Engineering IVU2PTGI16 is a grayscale image vision sensor kit featuring a 0.36 Megapixel resolution. It is designed with a built-in touchscreen and a 16mm optical lens. This sensor is equipped with an infrared (IR) LED ring light for illumination and can store up to 30 inspections. The housing is black, made from thermoplastic with an acrylic window. It offers a variety of connection types, including a 12-pin Euro-style M12 male connector for power supply, and two 4-pin M8 connectors (female and male) for USB and Ethernet connections. The IVU2PTGI16 supports multiple communication protocols such as Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP, RS-232, and PROFINET. It operates on a supply voltage range of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with 12Vdc and 24Vdc as nominal values. The sensor is mounted using a C-mount and has a net height of 79 mm, a width of 81 mm, and a depth of 52 mm. It is designed to operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from 0 to +45°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67. The sensor features 1 x digital output (PNP/NPN transistor) and operates with a refresh rate of 60 frames per second.
