IVU2PTG608 Banner Vision Sensors

Banner Engineering IVU2PTG608 is a grayscale image vision sensor kit featuring a 0.36 Megapixel resolution. It is designed with a built-in touchscreen and an 8mm optical lens. This sensor is equipped with an ultraviolet (UV 365nm) LED ring light illumination, capable of storing up to 30 inspections. The housing is black, made from thermoplastic with an acrylic window. For connectivity, it comes pre-equipped with a 12-pin Euro-style M12 male connector for power supply, alongside 2 x 4-pin M8 connectors for USB and Ethernet connections. It supports Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP, RS-232, and PROFINET communication protocols. The sensor operates on a supply voltage range of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. It is designed for C-mount mounting and has dimensions of 79 mm in height, 81 mm in width, and 52 mm in depth. The operating ambient air temperature range is from 0 to +45 °C. It offers a degree of protection rated at IP67 and includes 1 x digital output (PNP/NPN transistor). The lens type is 8mm, and it operates with a refresh rate of 60 frames per second (fps) at a wavelength of 365 nm.
