Banner Engineering IVU2PTG604 is a grayscale image vision sensor kit featuring a 0.36 Megapixel resolution. It is designed with a built-in touchscreen and a 4.3mm optical lens. This sensor is equipped with an ultraviolet (UV 365nm) LED ring light illumination, capable of storing up to 30 inspections. The housing is black, made from thermoplastic with an acrylic window. For connectivity, it comes pre-equipped with a 12-pin Euro-style M12 male connector for power supply, and two 4-pin M8 connectors (female + male) for USB and Ethernet connections. It supports Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP, RS-232, and PROFINET communication protocols. The sensor operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with 12Vdc and 24Vdc as nominal. It is mounted using a C-mount, has a net height of 79 mm, a width of 81 mm, and a depth of 52 mm. The operating ambient air temperature range is from 0 to +45°C. It offers a degree of protection of IP67, includes 1 x digital output (PNP/NPN transistor), and operates with a refresh rate of 60fps.
