IVU2PTCX06 Banner Vision Sensors

Banner Engineering IVU2PTCX06 is a color image vision sensor kit featuring a 0.36 Megapixel resolution. It is designed with a built-in touchscreen and a 6mm optical lens. This sensor can store up to 30 inspections and supports PCCC. The housing is black, made from thermoplastic, and the window is acrylic. It comes pre-equipped with a 12-pin Euro-style M12 male connector for power supply, a 4-pin M8 female connector for USB, and a 4-pin M8 male connector for Ethernet. The IVU2PTCX06 supports multiple communication protocols, including Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP, RS-232, and PROFINET. It operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with 12Vdc and 24Vdc as nominal. The sensor is mounted using a C-mount and has a net height of 79 mm, a net width of 81 mm, and a net depth of 52 mm. It operates in ambient air temperatures ranging from 0 to +45°C and offers a degree of protection of IP67. The sensor features 1 x digital output (PNP/NPN transistor) and has a refresh rate of 60fps.
