IVU2PRGX16 Banner Vision Sensors

Banner Engineering IVU2PRGX16 is a grayscale image vision sensor kit featuring a 0.36 Megapixel resolution. It is designed with a remote touchscreen and a 16mm optical lens. The sensor can store up to 30 inspections and supports PCCC. It comes in a black housing made of thermoplastic with an acrylic window. For connections, it is pre-equipped with a 12-pin Euro-style M12 male connector for power supply, two 4-pin M8 connectors (female and male) for USB and Ethernet, and an 8-pin Euro-style M12 female connector for the remote display. The communication protocols supported are Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP, RS-232, and PROFINET. It operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with 12Vdc and 24Vdc as nominal. The sensor uses a C-mount for mounting, has a net height of 79 mm, a net width of 81 mm, and a net depth of 52 mm. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of 0 to +40°C. The degree of protection is IP67, and it features 1 x digital output (PNP/NPN transistor). The type of lens used is 16mm, and it has a refresh rate of 60fps.
