IVU2PRGR16 Banner Vision Sensors

Banner Engineering IVU2PRGR16 is a grayscale image vision sensor kit featuring a 0.36 Megapixel resolution. It is designed with a remote touchscreen and a 16mm optical lens, complemented by a red LED ring light illumination. This sensor can store up to 30 inspections and supports PCCC. The housing is black, made from thermoplastic with an acrylic window. For connections, it is pre-equipped with a 12-pin Euro-style M12 male connector for power supply, two 4-pin M8 connectors (female and male) for USB and Ethernet, and an 8-pin Euro-style M12 female connector for the remote display. It supports Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP, RS-232, and PROFINET communication protocols. The supply voltage ranges from 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. It mounts via a C-mount and measures 79mm in height, 81mm in width, and 52mm in depth. The ambient air temperature for operation is between 0 and +40°C. It offers a degree of protection of IP67 and includes 1 x digital output (PNP/NPN transistor). The lens type is 16mm, and it operates with a refresh rate of 60fps.
