IVU2PRGB06 Banner Vision Sensors

Banner Engineering IVU2PRGB06 is a grayscale image vision sensor kit featuring a 0.36 Megapixel resolution. It is designed with a remote touchscreen and a 6mm optical lens, complemented by a blue LED ring light illumination. This sensor can store up to 30 inspections and supports PCCC. The housing is black, made from thermoplastic with an acrylic window. It comes pre-equipped with a 12-pin Euro-style M12 male connector for power supply, two 4-pin M8 connectors (female and male) for USB and Ethernet connections, and an 8-pin Euro-style M12 female connector for the remote display. The IVU2PRGB06 operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with 12Vdc and 24Vdc as nominal values, and offers a C-mount mounting mode. It has a net height of 79 mm, a width of 81 mm, and a depth of 52 mm. The sensor operates efficiently in ambient air temperatures ranging from 0 to +40 degrees Celsius. It is protected to a degree of IP67, ensuring its operation in various environmental conditions. The sensor features one digital output (PNP/NPN transistor), supports Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP, RS-232, and PROFINET communication protocols, and has a refresh rate of 60 frames per second.
