Banner Engineering IVU2PRG916 is a grayscale image vision sensor kit featuring a 0.36 Megapixel sensor, designed with a remote touchscreen and a 16mm optical lens. It is equipped with an ultraviolet (UV 395nm) LED ring light illumination, capable of storing up to 30 inspections. The housing is black, made from thermoplastic with an acrylic window. For connectivity, it comes pre-equipped with a 12-pin Euro-style M12 male connector for power supply, two 4-pin M8 connectors (female and male) for USB and Ethernet, and an 8-pin Euro-style M12 female connector for the remote display. It supports Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP, RS-232, and PROFINET communication protocols. The sensor operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with 12Vdc and 24Vdc as nominal. It mounts via a C-mount, has a net height of 79 mm, a width of 81 mm, and a depth of 52 mm. The wavelength of the UV light is 395 nm. It is designed to operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from 0 to +40°C. The sensor offers a degree of protection rated at IP67 and includes 1 x digital output (PNP/NPN transistor). The lens type is 16mm, and it operates with a refresh rate of 60fps.
