Banner Engineering IT218SM900 is a fiber sensor belonging to the Glass fiber series, designed with a diffuse-reflective system for individual fiber in-line sensing. It features a cylindrical (threaded) end tip made from stainless steel, with the sensing end incorporating glass fiber and a stainless steel monocoil for durability. The sensor has a length of 18ft / 5.5m and a diameter of 3.2mm for the fiber core. It is built to operate in ambient air temperatures up to +480°C.
