EA5R1050PIXMODQ Description
Banner Engineering EA5R1050PIXMODQ is a sensor designed for edge detection with a robust aluminium housing. This sensor, part of the EZ-ARRAY series, functions as a measuring light curtain array edge/profile sensor and is specified as the receiver alone. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP65, making it suitable for various industrial environments. The sensor features two analog outputs (4-20mA) and two digital outputs (PNP transistor; complementary NO/NC), facilitating versatile connectivity options. With dimensions specifying a 1050mm array length, it can detect objects sized between 5-10mm across a sensing distance of 40cm to 4m. The EA5R1050PIXMODQ achieves a resolution of 5mm within its sensing capabilities and is pre-equipped with an 8-pin Euro-style M12 connector for easy installation.
