Banner Engineering DX80N9Q45DPSD1 is a Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) designed for predictive maintenance applications within the SureCross Q45 nodes series. It features a moulded reinforced thermoplastic polyester housing with an o-ring sealed transparent polycarbonate cover, a moulded acrylic lens, and stainless steel hardware, ensuring durability and resistance to harsh conditions. The unit operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C and offers a high degree of protection with an IP67 NEMA 6P rating. It is equipped with a red/green LED visual position indicator for radio status, operates on a 900 MHz transmission frequency with a maximum distance of 3.2km, and utilizes Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum (FHSS) technology for reliable communication. The DX80N9Q45DPSD1 has a rectangular shape, differential pressure sensor node, 1-wire serial interface, two buttons, two bi-color LEDs, and connects via a 5-pin M12 female connector. It is powered by an internal 3.6Vdc battery and features a black housing. The device is designed for mounting with an M30 thread.
