Banner Engineering DX80N2X1S-P6-NB is a Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) from the SureCross DX80 series, designed for surface mounting. It features a polycarbonate housing, polycarbonate rotary dial cover, polyester labels, EDPM rubber cover gasket, and nitrile rubber, ensuring durability in various environments. This unit operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +85°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67 and NEMA 6, suitable for demanding applications. It utilizes a 2400 MHz transmission frequency within the 2.4GHz ISM band and is capable of a maximum transmission distance of 3.2km at nominal emission power. The rectangular-shaped RTU includes 2 buttons, 2 bi-color LEDs for Ex e II applications (battery not included), and employs FHSS (Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum) technology alongside Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA) for reliable communication. Connection is facilitated through a 5-pin M12 female connector and an RP-SMA connector, with a supply voltage requirement of 3.6Vdc from an internal battery.
