890-725 Description

WAGO 890-725 is a female connector/socket designed for general mains applications with a snap-in flange mounting type and IP40 protection type. It features a nominal voltage of 400V (III/3), a rated impulse voltage of 6kV (III/3), and a rated current of 13A according to IEC/EN 60664-1 standards. For the US market, it has a rated voltage of 600V and a rated current of 12A per UL 1977, with some versions suitable for current interruption in specific applications. The connector offers five connection points and the same number of potentials, utilizing Push-in CAGE CLAMP technology for connection 1, with an actuation type of operating tool or push-in. It supports a nominal cross-section of 1.5mm2 / 16 AWG, accommodating various conductor types and sizes, including solid, stranded, and fine-stranded conductors, with specific details for push-in termination and ferrule use. The strip length for connection 1 is 9mm / 0.35", and the pole number is 5, with a conductor entry direction to mating direction of 0°. Physically, it has a pin spacing of 4.4mm / 0.173", dimensions of 35.5mm width, 17.5mm height, and 39.85mm depth, and is made from Polyamide (PA66) with a flammability class of UL94 V0. The connector is white with a gray cover, featuring a tin contact plating on copper or copper alloy contacts. It is designed to operate within a temperature range of -35...+85°C for continuous operation, with a note that insulating parts are suitable for temperatures ≤ 105°C. The product is RoHS compliant, with a packaging unit of 50 pieces per box, and has a GTIN of 4045454233525.

UBC10.241 on Powermatic Associates

UBC10.241

PULS UBC10.241 is an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) control module within the U-series, featuring a built-in battery with a 50% power reserve and a green status LED. This module is housed in aluminium and utilizes spring-clamp connections for installation. It measures W123mm x H124mm x D119mm and operates on a supply voltage range of 22.5Vdc to 30Vdc, with a nominal 24Vdc. The rated current is 10A at 22.5Vdc and can reach up to 15A in buffer mode for less than 5 seconds at full output voltage. It supports DIN rail mounting and can operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from 0 to +40°C. The current consumption is 1.1A at a 24Vdc input, and it is designed for DC networks. Visual position indicators include Ready, Buffering, Inhibit, and Replace Battery. Protection functions include output overvoltage protection with a typical 32Vdc and a maximum of 35Vdc, and overload/short-circuit protection with a minimum of 17.9A and a maximum of 21A at load impedance. It is advised not to use the DC-UPS in parallel to increase output power, but paralleling two units for 1+1 redundancy is possible for higher system reliability. The output voltage is regulated at 22.5Vdc in buffer mode with a 23Vdc turn-ON. The efficiency is rated at 0.978 with a 24Vdc input, and the rated power is 360W at 24Vdc and 240W/360W in buffer mode. Power dissipation/losses are 2.9W with a 24Vdc input at 0A output current and 5.5W at 10A output current. Ripple is maintained at 20mVpp across a frequency range of 20Hz to 20MHz at 50Ω. The electrical durability is rated at 137400 hours at 40°C with a 10A output and 24Vdc input, equivalent to 15 years or 131400 hours at both 40°C with a 5A output and 25°C with a 10A output.
