750-435 WAGO Programmable Logic Controllers

Wago 750-435 is an I/O unit designed as an intrinsically-safe DC digital input slice module. It operates with a supply voltage of 5Vdc provided by the system and a fixed 24Vdc supply to field sensing devices. This unit features push-in spring cage-clamp connections for secure and efficient connectivity. It is designed to output 8.2Vdc to sensors and does not require an AC supply voltage, operating within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +55°C for operation and -25°C to +85°C for storage. The module supports an IP20 communication protocol and is equipped with short-circuit and wire-break protection mechanisms. Its rated insulation voltage is 12mm, and it has a compact design with dimensions of H100mm x W12mm x D67.8mm. The housing is made from Polycarbonate (PC) / Polyamide (PA) 6.6, ensuring durability. It features 1 x digital input (NAMUR) for phase-to-phase rated voltage (AC) and high-side switching for phase-to-neutral rated voltage (AC). The output voltage (DC) operates on a 2-wire system with a 3ms filter for digital inputs voltage ranges and outputs 1.2mA (OFF) / ≥2.1Vdc (ON). It is designed for mounting on a DIN-35 rail and exhibits vibration resistance according to EN 60068-2-6 -- 4g and shock resistance according to EN 60068-2-27 --15g. The unit consumes 0.37 W, displays a secondary current of 2.5mA (5Vdc, system supply) / 13mA (field supply), and can operate in environments with up to 95% relative humidity (non-condensing).
