257-516 Description

WAGO 257-516 is a printed circuit connector with a short circuit breaking rating as per IEC/EN 60664-1. It features nominal voltages of 400V (III/3), 630V (III/2), and 1000V (II/2), with rated impulse voltages of 6kV for all categories and a rated current of 24A. Under UL 1059, it has a rated voltage of 300V and rated currents of 15A for Use Group B and 10A for Use Group D. CSA approvals mirror the UL ratings with identical voltage and current specifications. This connector has 16 connection points and supports a single connection type with a CAGE CLAMP technology and push-button actuation. It accommodates solid and fine-stranded conductors ranging from 0.08 to 2.5mm2 (28 to 12 AWG), including options for ferruled conductors. The unit has a pin spacing of 7.5/7.62mm, dimensions of 122.9mm in width, 24.4mm in height, and 14.2mm in depth, with a solder pin length of 4mm. It is designed for THT PCB contacts and features a gray polyamide (PA66) insulation material with a V0 flammability class. The connector's clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel, and the contact material is electrolytic copper with tin plating. It operates within a temperature range of -60 to +105°C, is RoHS compliant, and comes in a box packaging of 40 pieces per unit (10 pieces per SPU). The product is manufactured in Poland and has a GTIN of 4044918412773.

UBC10.241 on Powermatic Associates

UBC10.241

PULS UBC10.241 is an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) control module within the U-series, featuring a built-in battery with a 50% power reserve and a green status LED. This module is housed in aluminium and utilizes spring-clamp connections for installation. It measures W123mm x H124mm x D119mm and operates on a supply voltage range of 22.5Vdc to 30Vdc, with a nominal 24Vdc. The rated current is 10A at 22.5Vdc and can reach up to 15A in buffer mode for less than 5 seconds at full output voltage. It supports DIN rail mounting and can operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from 0 to +40°C. The current consumption is 1.1A at a 24Vdc input, and it is designed for DC networks. Visual position indicators include Ready, Buffering, Inhibit, and Replace Battery. Protection functions include output overvoltage protection with a typical 32Vdc and a maximum of 35Vdc, and overload/short-circuit protection with a minimum of 17.9A and a maximum of 21A at load impedance. It is advised not to use the DC-UPS in parallel to increase output power, but paralleling two units for 1+1 redundancy is possible for higher system reliability. The output voltage is regulated at 22.5Vdc in buffer mode with a 23Vdc turn-ON. The efficiency is rated at 0.978 with a 24Vdc input, and the rated power is 360W at 24Vdc and 240W/360W in buffer mode. Power dissipation/losses are 2.9W with a 24Vdc input at 0A output current and 5.5W at 10A output current. Ripple is maintained at 20mVpp across a frequency range of 20Hz to 20MHz at 50Ω. The electrical durability is rated at 137400 hours at 40°C with a 10A output and 24Vdc input, equivalent to 15 years or 131400 hours at both 40°C with a 5A output and 25°C with a 10A output.
