236-732 Description

WAGO 236-732 is an automation part with a short circuit breaking rating and electrical data ratings per IEC/EN 60664-1, including a nominal voltage (III/3) of 630V, rated impulse voltage (III/3) of 8kV, rated voltage (III/2) of 1000V, rated impulse voltage (III/2) of 8kV, nominal voltage (II/2) of 1000V, rated surge voltage (II/2) of 8kV, and a rated current of 24A. It has UL 1059 approval with rated voltages of 300V and rated currents of 15A for Use Group B and 10A for Use Group D. CSA approvals include similar ratings for Use Group B and D. The part features a single connection point, with a total number of potentials of 1, and utilizes CAGE CLAMP connection technology with an operating tool actuation type. It accommodates solid and fine-stranded conductors ranging from 0.08 to 2.5mm2 / 28 to 12 AWG, including options for fine-stranded conductors with insulated or uninsulated ferrules. The strip length for connection is 5 to 6mm / 0.2 to 0.24", and the conductor connection direction to PCB is 45°. Physical specifications include a pin spacing of 10/10.16mm / 0.394/0.4", width of 12.2mm / 0.48", height of 17mm / 0.669", depth of 14mm / 0.551", and a solder pin length of 4mm. The material is dark gray Polyamide (PA66) with a flammability class per UL94 of V0, and the clamping spring is made of Chrome-Nickel spring steel (CrNi). The contact material is Electrolytic Copper (ECu) with tin plating. It operates within a temperature range of -60 to +105°C and is RoHS compliant. The product is packaged in boxes with a standard pack unit (SPU) of 300 pieces and has a GTIN of 4044918774109.

UBC10.241 on Powermatic Associates

UBC10.241

PULS UBC10.241 is an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) control module within the U-series, featuring a built-in battery with a 50% power reserve and a green status LED. This module is housed in aluminium and utilizes spring-clamp connections for installation. It measures W123mm x H124mm x D119mm and operates on a supply voltage range of 22.5Vdc to 30Vdc, with a nominal 24Vdc. The rated current is 10A at 22.5Vdc and can reach up to 15A in buffer mode for less than 5 seconds at full output voltage. It supports DIN rail mounting and can operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from 0 to +40°C. The current consumption is 1.1A at a 24Vdc input, and it is designed for DC networks. Visual position indicators include Ready, Buffering, Inhibit, and Replace Battery. Protection functions include output overvoltage protection with a typical 32Vdc and a maximum of 35Vdc, and overload/short-circuit protection with a minimum of 17.9A and a maximum of 21A at load impedance. It is advised not to use the DC-UPS in parallel to increase output power, but paralleling two units for 1+1 redundancy is possible for higher system reliability. The output voltage is regulated at 22.5Vdc in buffer mode with a 23Vdc turn-ON. The efficiency is rated at 0.978 with a 24Vdc input, and the rated power is 360W at 24Vdc and 240W/360W in buffer mode. Power dissipation/losses are 2.9W with a 24Vdc input at 0A output current and 5.5W at 10A output current. Ripple is maintained at 20mVpp across a frequency range of 20Hz to 20MHz at 50Ω. The electrical durability is rated at 137400 hours at 40°C with a 10A output and 24Vdc input, equivalent to 15 years or 131400 hours at both 40°C with a 5A output and 25°C with a 10A output.
