RU100U-M18M-AP8X2-H1151 Turck Ultrasonic Sensors

Turck RU100U-M18M-AP8X2-H1151 is an ultrasonic sensor from the RU100U series, designed with a 16° sonic cone diffuse mode for front sensing. This sensor features ultrasonic sensor TEACH-by-wire functionality and is constructed with a chrome-plated brass housing and a sensing face made of PET (Polyethylene terephthalate), PU (Polyurethane), and Epoxy. It comes pre-equipped with a 5-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for connectivity. The sensor operates on a supply voltage of 15-30Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal, and can function within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. It offers a degree of protection of IP67 and has a partially threaded medium length cylindrical/barrel shape of M18 size. The RU100U-M18M-AP8X2-H1151 supports IO-Link communication protocol and has one digital output (20-30Vdc; PNP; 150mA max.). It features a sensing distance of 150-1000mm, a no-load current consumption of 50mA, and a maximum switching frequency of 6.9Hz. The sensor is equipped with protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity, operates in NO (Normally Open) mode, and has a thread size of M18. Its transmission frequency is set at 200kHz / 0.2 MHz, with a measurement accuracy (resolution) of 1mm, and a control circuit rated current of 50mA / 0.05 A.
