RU100U-EMT18M-UP8X2-H1151 Turck Ultrasonic Sensors

Turck RU100U-EMT18M-UP8X2-H1151 is an ultrasonic sensor from the RU100U series, designed with a 16° sonic cone diffuse mode for front sensing. This sensor features ultrasonic sensor TEACH-by-wire functionality and is constructed with a 1.4404 (316L) stainless steel housing and a sensing face made from PET (Polyethylene terephthalate), PU (Polyurethane), and Epoxy. It comes pre-equipped with a 5-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for connectivity. The sensor operates on a supply voltage of 15-30Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal, and can function within an ambient air temperature range of -5°C to +50°C. It is rated with an IP67 degree of protection, indicating its dust tightness and immersion resistance. The shape of the sensor is an M18 partially threaded extended cylindrical/barrel, and it includes 1 x digital output (10.8-30Vdc; PNP) for signaling. The sensing distance of this model ranges from 150-1000mm, with a no-load current consumption of 50mA. It operates at a maximum switching frequency of 6.9Hz and includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity. The operating mode can be programmed to be either NO (Normally Open) or NC (Normally Closed), and it features an M18 thread size.
