Turck RI360P0-EQR24M0-HESG25X3-H1181 is a contactless rotary inductive angle sensor designed for operation in ambient air temperatures ranging from -25 to +85°C. This sensor features a through hollow shaft design that is washdown-resistant, making it suitable for challenging environments. It comes pre-equipped with an 8-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for easy integration. As part of the Q-track QR24 series, it has dimensions of H78mm x W81mm x D24mm and offers a high degree of protection with ratings of IP68 and IP69K. The sensor operates on a supply voltage of 15Vdc to 30Vdc, with a nominal voltage of 24Vdc, and has a rectangular shape. It features a frequency of 5kHz or a 5000Hz sampling rate. The sensor's housing is made of stainless steel V4A 1.4404 and plastic PA12-GF30, ensuring durability. It utilizes the SSI communication protocol and has one digital output (SSI output; Gray code) for transmitting data. The sensor includes protection functions against short-circuit, wire-break, and reverse polarity incidents. It boasts a resolution of ≤0.006° or 16-bit resolution and provides visual position indicators through a green LED for power indication, a yellow LED for measuring range display, and a green/red LED for error indication. The measurement accuracy is ≤ 0.01% of full scale, with a current consumption of 100mA. It is capable of measuring angular positions from 0° to +360°.
