RI-43H30S4-4A4096-H1181 Turck Encoders

Turck RI-43H30S4-4A4096-H1181 is an incremental rotary encoder designed for flange mounting with a long anti-rotation spring. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +80°C and features a large-bore through hollow shaft flange with optical sensing for precise measurements. This encoder is pre-equipped with a radial 8-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for easy integration. Part of the Type RI-43 series, it has dimensions of H140mm x W135mm x D174mm and a casing diameter of 100mm. With a degree of protection rated at IP65, it is built for durability, featuring a die-cast metal housing, stainless steel shaft, and aluminium flange. It operates on a 5Vdc supply voltage and supports a maximum pulse frequency of 300kHz, equivalent to 4395rpm. The encoder uses the RS-422 communication protocol and has a 30mm hollow shaft bore. It offers one digital output (RS422 output with inverting signal; 5Vdc) and includes protection against short-circuit. Capable of reaching a rotational speed of up to 6000rpm (mechanical limit) and a moment of inertia of less than 220x10^-6kg.m^2, it provides a resolution of 4096ppr (pulses/revolution) and has a current consumption of 40mA with no load.
