RI-43H20S8-2F1024-H1181/N42 Turck Encoders

Turck RI-43H20S8-2F1024-H1181/N42 is an incremental rotary encoder designed for flange mounting with a long tether arm. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +80°C and features a large-bore through hollow shaft with an isolation insert flange. This encoder utilizes optical sensing and is pre-equipped with a radial 8-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector. It falls under the Type RI-43 series and has dimensions of H140mm x W135mm x D174mm with a casing diameter of 100mm. The encoder is protected to IP65 standards and requires a supply voltage of 5Vdc-30Vdc, supporting 6Vdc, 12Vdc, and 24Vdc. It can handle a pulse frequency of up to 300kHz. The housing is made of die-cast metal, the shaft of stainless steel, and the flange of aluminium. It features a 20mm hollow shaft bore and offers one digital output (push-pull with inverting signal; 5Vdc-30Vdc). It includes protection against short-circuit, can operate at rotational speeds up to 6000rpm, has a moment of inertia of less than 220x10^-6kg.m^2, and offers a resolution of 1024ppr (pulses/revolution). The current consumption is 50mA with no load.
