Turck PS010V-503-LI2UPN8X-H1141 is a sensor designed for pressure measurement with programmable instrumentation capabilities. It features a set point range of 1-100% and a reset point range of 0.5-99.5%, with measurement units including bar, psi, kPa, MPa, and miscellaneous options. The sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40°C to +70°C and is designed with a safety mounting clip, ATEX compliant rotatable housing for versatile installation. It connects via a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a 1/4" NPT threaded male process port. As part of the PS500 series, it offers an IP67 degree of protection and requires a supply voltage of 18-30Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal. The cylindrical body shape sensor has a maximum switching frequency of 180Hz and is constructed from 1.4305 (303) stainless steel for both the housing and wetted parts, with a ceramics Al2O3 pressure transducer and stainless steel pressure connection. It measures pressure ranges from -1 to +10bar (-14.5 to +145psi) and supports IO-Link communication protocol. The operating mode can be programmed as NO (Normally Open) or NC (Normally Closed), featuring protection against short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity. Response time varies between 50 - 600ms, and it includes 1 x analog output (4-20mA; can also function as a NPN/PNP digital output). Measurement accuracy includes set point accuracy of +/-0.5% FS, analog accuracy of ≤+/-0.5% FS, a response time of <3ms, repeatability of ≤0.5% of the measuring range, and zero shift/span shift of ≤0.15% of the measuring range per °C. The current consumption is 50mA.
