Turck LTX30E-R10-LI0X3-H1151 is a magnetostrictive linear position sensor from the EZ-track series, designed with a raised-face and a cylindrical shape. It features an aluminium housing and rod, measuring H46mm x W46mm x D958mm with a 10.3mm rod diameter. This encoder operates within a supply voltage range of 7-30Vdc, with nominal values at 12Vdc-24Vdc, and consumes 40mA of current. It is equipped with a 5-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for connectivity and offers a stroke length that includes a 2" null zone, a 2.5" dead zone, and a 30" measurement span. The device provides an analog output (4-20mA; 16-bit) and boasts a response time of 3ms. With a measurement accuracy of 16-bits resolution, it achieves a linear resolution and repeatability of 0.012mm / 12μm, and hysteresis less than 0.01% of span or +/-0.005, whichever is greater. It operates and stores in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40 to +85°C and -40 to +105°C, respectively. The encoder is protected against reverse polarity and is rated for pressures up to 340bar permanently and 680bar short-term, with an IP68 degree of protection. Additionally, it features a tri-color visual position indicator for diagnostics.
