BCE10-QF5.5-AP6X2 Description

Turck BCE10-QF5.5-AP6X2 is a capacitive proximity sensor belonging to the BC...-QF5.5 series, featuring a Qpak housing with top-sensing capabilities designed for embeddable applications. It operates on a supply voltage range of 10-30Vdc, with nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. The sensor is constructed with a PP (Polypropylene) housing and sensing face, and a PUR (Polyurethane) cable jacket for the pre-wired 2m / 6.5ft PUR cable that terminates with bare end flying leads. This model has a 5.5mm thick rectangular body and offers an IP65 degree of protection. It is capable of a maximum switching frequency of 50Hz and can operate within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. The BCE10-QF5.5-AP6X2 features a single digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP; 100mA max.), with a sensing distance of 10mm. It includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity, and operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode.
