PILZ-787510 Pilz Electrical Safety Devices

Pilz PILZ-787510 is a safety relay designed for single or dual-channel operation with features including safety gate monitoring, instantaneous and delayed E-STOP monitoring, limit switch monitoring, and light beam device monitoring for both type 2 and type 4. It supports monitored manual reset and is suitable for DIN rail mounting. The operating ambient air temperature range is -10 to +55 °C. This model has a net height of 101 mm, a width of 45 mm, and a depth of 121 mm, with a degree of protection rated at IP40. The safety output contacts are rated at 8A for both 24Vdc (DC-1) and 240Vac (AC-1), 7A for 24Vdc (DC-13), and 5A for 230Vac (AC-15). Connection is facilitated through plug-in/detachable spring terminal connections. The supply voltage requirement is 20.4-26.4Vdc (24Vdc nominal), and it has a power consumption of 4.5 W. The housing is made of PPO with an ABS front. It features 3 x instantaneous safety outputs and 2 x delayed safety outputs with a selectable time delay. The relay offers 2 operating modes, with or without detection of shorts across contacts, and includes 2 x digital inputs, 1 x start input, and 1 x reset input.
