Pilz PILZ-787308 is a safety relay designed for single or dual-channel operation with capabilities for safety gate monitoring, instantaneous E-STOP monitoring, limit switch monitoring, and monitored manual reset. It is suitable for DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C. This model has a net height of 101 mm, a width of 22.5 mm, and a depth of 121 mm. It features plug-in/detachable spring terminal connections and supports a supply voltage range of 40.8-264Vac for AC and 40.8-264Vdc for DC, covering nominal voltages of 48Vac/Vdc, 110Vac/Vdc, 120Vac/Vdc, 220Vac/Vdc, and 240Vac/250Vdc. The safety output contacts are rated at 6A for 24Vdc (DC-1) and 240Vac (AC-1), 4A for 24Vdc (DC-13), and 5A for 230Vac (AC-15). The PNOZ X2P sub-range device has a power consumption of 1 W, offers IP40 protection, and is constructed from PPO housing with an ABS front. It includes 2 instantaneous safety outputs and 2 digital inputs, plus 2 start inputs, with the ability to increase the number of available contacts through external modules or relays. Its operating modes include automatic, manual, and monitored start, with protection functions that detect shorts across contacts and earth faults.
