Pilz PILZ-784180 is a safety relay designed for single or dual-channel operation with capabilities for safety gate monitoring, instantaneous E-STOP monitoring, limit switch monitoring, and light beam device monitoring type 2, including models with or without test pulse. It features a monitored manual reset, start-up testing options with AND and OR inputs, and a self-test function. This part is suitable for DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C. It has a net height of 101 mm, a rated current of 1.5A, and utilizes spring terminal connections. The PILZ-784180, part of the PNOZ e5.11p sub-range, measures 22.5mm in width and 121 mm in depth, with a degree of protection rated at IP40. It requires a supply voltage of 19.2-30Vdc, with a nominal 24Vdc, and is constructed with a PPO housing and an ABS front housing.
