Pilz PILZ-773826 is a safety I/O unit designed for DIN rail mounting, compatible with both 35mmx7.5mm top hat and 27mm recess width rails. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of 0 to +60°C and has a net height of 94 mm. This unit features various connection types including screw terminal connections, spring-loaded terminal connections, and an 8-pin RJ45 female connector for incremental encoders, with stripping lengths of 7mm for screw connections and 9mm for spring-loaded connections. As part of the Safe I/O module sub-range, it offers an IP20 degree of protection and requires a supply voltage of 20.4-28.8Vdc (24Vdc nominal) or 4.9-5.1Vdc (5Vdc nominal; module supply via base unit). It is designed for storage in ambient air temperatures ranging from -25 to +70°C and features protection functions including galvanic isolation and overload proof (-30 to +30V). The rated insulation voltage (Ui) is 30 V. It includes 1 x digital input for incremental encoders (24Vdc; sin/cos; HTL; TTL; RS-422; +0.5 to +30Vss) and offers configurable time delays for switch-off, with specific delays for frequencies above and below 100 Hz, and an angle phase position for differential signals between 60° and 120°.
