Pilz PILZ-773110 is a configurable safety base unit designed for DIN rail mounting, featuring a 35mmx7.5mm horizontal rail. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of 0 to +60°C without forced convection and up to +55°C with forced convection. The unit has a net height of 94mm and is expandable for mechanical press functions. It supports a rated current of 6A at 24Vdc (DC-1) and 240Vac (AC-1), 3A at 24Vdc (DC-13) and 230Vac (AC-15), and a signal level of 2A at "1" with a residual current of 0.5mA at "0" signal. Connection types include plug-in/detachable screw or spring-loaded terminals, accommodating various wire sizes and stripping lengths. The base unit has dimensions of W27mm x L1000mm (max cable length per input) x H135mm x D121mm, with an IP20 degree of protection and a supply voltage range of 20.4-28.8Vdc. It is constructed from PPO bottom housing and ABS front housing, supports Ethernet communication protocol, and allows for a maximum overall cable length of 40km for test pulse output.
