PILZ-630764 Pilz Safety Light Curtains

Pilz PILZ-630764 is a safety light curtain designed for hand protection, capable of detecting opaque objects as small as 30mm across an emitter and receiver pair. It features a net height of 1133.2 mm and is equipped with a 4-pin M12 connector for the emitter and an 8-pin M12 connector for the receiver. This part falls under the Basic sub-range and offers a protective height of 1050mm. It is designed with an IP65 degree of protection and requires a supply voltage of 19.2-28.8Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal. The housing is made of painted aluminium with a PC cap and PMMA front screen, presented in a yellow color. It supports a maximum cable length of 50m and has a net width of 32.3 mm. The sensing distance ranges from 0.2m to 19m, utilizing infrared LED light with a wavelength of 950 nm. Power consumption is max 2.5 W for the emitter and max 3.5 W for the receiver without load. It features 56 beams with a 30mm beam gap, a net depth of 36.9 mm, and offers two digital outputs (PNP; 500mA) for the receiver OSSD outputs. The response time is 19ms, and it can operate within an ambient air temperature of 0...+55 °C, with storage temperatures ranging from -25...+70 °C.
