PILZ-525122 Pilz Safety Switches

Pilz PILZ-525122 is a magnetic safety door switch designed for non-contact operation, featuring a single connection suitable for electronic/electromechanical relay systems. This switch operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +70°C and has a 12mm diameter. It comes pre-wired with a 5m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads, ensuring easy installation. The device boasts an IP65 degree of protection, making it resistant to dust and water jets. Its M12 cylindrical threaded/barrel shape is crafted from PBT for the housing and PUR for cable insulation, ensuring durability. The switch operates at a rated voltage of 24Vdc and is presented in a yellow housing, measuring 59.1mm in length. It offers a sensing distance between 8mm (Sao) and 15mm (Sar), and includes 3 Normally Open (NO) auxiliary contacts, with the contact configuration being 2NO (safety contact; reed) + 1NO (auxiliary contact), and does not include Normally Closed (NC) auxiliary contacts.
