SP1204 Nidec Variable Frequency Drives (VFD)

NIDEC SP1204 is a Variable Speed/Frequency Drive (VSD/VFD) / Inverter designed with a single Safe Torque Off (STO) and air cooling. It features a frame size 1 with dimensions of H15.2" x W3.93" x D8.62" (H386mm x W100mm x D219mm), and operates on a supply voltage of 200Vac-240Vac (220Vac / 230Vac). The rated current is 11A for Normal duty and 10.6A for Heavy-duty, with wall-mounted installation. It is designed to operate within an ambient air temperature range of 0°C to +40°C and has a degree of protection of IP20 NEMA 1. The SP1204 supports Modbus RTU RS-485 communication protocol, with a network frequency of 48-65 Hz (Supply input) and 0-550 Hz (output). It includes 3 x digital outputs (0-24Vdc; source), 1 x digital output (2A / 240Vac; source; relay contact type), 3 x digital inputs (0-24Vdc), and 3 x digital inputs (0-24Vdc). The analog inputs consist of 1 x analog input (-9.8Vdc...9.8Vdc; differential) and 2 x analog inputs (0-20mA / 4-20mA / -9.8Vdc...9.8Vdc; single-ended), while the analog outputs include 2 x analog outputs (0-20mA / 4-20mA / -10Vdc...10Vdc; single-ended). The rated active power is 3kW for Normal duty and 2.2kW for Heavy-duty, with a rated power of 3HP for both Normal and Heavy-duty operations. It is designed for a 3-phase input network.
