PVCBP98-IMP

Integra Enclosures

Product Lifecycle: Active

Banner Engineering PVCBP98-IMP is a photo-electric array sensor designed for a variety of applications requiring diffuse or retro-reflective sensing modes. It operates within an ambient air temperature of up to +50°C and features a net height of 15 mm. This sensor is pre-wired with a 30ft / 9m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads, facilitating easy installation. The device measures 100mm in array length, has a rectangular shape with dimensions including a net width of 30 mm and a net depth of 138 mm, and is encased in an aluminium housing with an acrylic clear window for durability. It offers a degree of protection rated at IP62 NEMA 2 and requires a supply voltage of 12Vdc-30Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal. The PVCBP98-IMP can detect objects up to 2m away in retro-reflective mode and 400mm away in diffuse mode. It emits light in both green and red colors, with wavelengths of 525 nm and 625 nm respectively. Additionally, it includes 1 x digital output (PNP/NPN transistor) and supports both NO (Normally Open) and NC (Normally Closed) operating modes.
