AB7623-F HMS Networks Industrial Automation Components

Anybus by HMS Networks AB7623-F, part of the X-gateway series, is a protocol translator gateway designed for vertical or flat installation with galvanic isolation on both BUS/Ethernet sides. It features a Modbus Plus slave design and allows for I/O configuration via a USB port using Anybus Configuration Manager software. The gateway is equipped with 10 LED indicators for fieldbus/sub-network/device status, 6 node ID switches, and 6 source ID switches. It operates on a supply voltage of 19.2-28.8Vdc (24Vdc nom.) and has dimensions of H127mm x W44mm x D114mm. The housing is made of aluminium and plastic, and it connects through 2 x 9-pin D-sub female connectors for Modbus Plus, 1 x 2-poles 5.08mm plug-in screw connector for power (X3), and 1 x USB connector (X4). It offers an IP20 NEMA 1 degree of protection and is designed for DIN rail mounting. The communication protocol supported is Modbus Plus, with an ambient air temperature for operation ranging from -25 to +65°C. The current consumption is 400mA (24Vdc; max.) and 200mA (typical), with an ambient air temperature for storage from -40 to +85°C. The speed of the gateway is 1Mbit/s (Modbus Plus), and it can operate in 5-95% relative humidity (RH; non-condensing).
