VTBP6GRLQ Description
Banner Engineering VTBP6GRLQ is a capacitive touch-sensitive pick-to-light device designed with a polycarbonate (PC) upper housing and base, ensuring durability. It offers a high degree of protection with ratings of IP66, NEMA 1, 3, 4, 4X, 12, and 13, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial environments. This device operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20°C to +50°C and can be mounted on a surface or base flush with a 30mm hole. The VTBP6GRLQ features a momentary job light (G; Green) that is ON or flashing when the job input is active, and its touch activates the output and sensing light (R; Red) with a Normally Open (NO) touch output. It includes 1 x digital output (12-30Vdc; PNP) for touch and 1 x digital input (12-30Vdc; NPN/PNP) for JOB color control. The device is pre-equipped with a 5-pin M12 Euro-style QD connector for easy connection, has a current consumption of 120mA, and operates on a supply voltage of 12Vdc-30Vdc (24Vdc nom.). Its saddle/yoke-shaped body is designed in red, featuring LED illumination for clear visibility and efficient operation.
