SLSCE30-300P8 Description
Banner Engineering SLSCE30-300P8 is a safety light curtain from the SLS series 14-30mm safety light curtains, designed for hand detection with a resolution of 30mm. This cascadable unit features an aluminium housing with an acrylic lens and die-cast zinc end caps. It is pre-wired with a 300mm pigtail that terminates with an 8-pin Euro-style M12 connector. The protective height of the device is 300mm, and it comes in a yellow housing. It operates on a 24Vdc supply voltage and can function within an ambient air temperature range of 0 to +55°C. The SLSCE30-300P8 offers a degree of protection rated at IP65 and has dimensions of 36mm in width, 372mm in height, and 46mm in depth. The light curtain features a 30mm beam spacing/pitch and provides two digital outputs (24Vdc; 500mA; sourcing; redundant OSSD solid-state outputs). It has a sensing distance ranging from 10cm to 18m and uses infrared (IR) light with a wavelength of 850 nm. The response time of the device is 11ms / 0.011 s.
