SLPP25-550 Description
Banner Engineering SLPP25-550, part of the LP Low-Profile series, is a safety light curtain designed for hand detection with a resolution of 25mm. This unit, featuring an emitter and receiver pair, is housed in aluminum with acrylic lens and zinc end caps. It offers a protective height of 550mm and operates with a supply voltage of 24Vdc. The SLPP25-550 operates within an ambient air temperature range of 0 to +55°C and is rated IP65 for protection against dust and water ingress. It has a net width of 28mm, height of 549mm, and depth of 26mm. The light curtain provides a sensing distance from 10cm to 7m, utilizing infrared light with a wavelength of 850nm. It includes two digital outputs (24Vdc; 500mA; sourcing; redundant OSSD solid-state outputs), one digital output (24Vdc; 250mA; PNP transistor) for fault indication, one digital input (10Vdc-30Vdc; 30mA) for external device monitoring (EDM), and one digital input (10Vdc-30Vdc) for reset function.
