About the product
Banner Engineering PIA46UHFMBMP is a fiber optic sensor designed for through-beam system applications, featuring an opposed mode pair of individual fibers positioned side by side with right-angled sensing. This sensor is part of the Plastic fiber series and is equipped with a 1mm fiber core. It has a cylindrical (smooth) end tip made of stainless steel, while the fiber itself is encased in a polyethylene (PE) fiber sheath. The total length of the fiber is 6.5 feet (approximately 2 meters), and it is capable of operating in ambient air temperatures up to +70°C.
