K50APFF100GRYC3 Banner Pick-to-Light Sensors

Banner Engineering K50APFF100GRYC3, part of the EZ-LIGHT series, is a pick-to-light device designed with a fixed field infrared (IR) sensing LED illumination. This unit features a black housing with a dome window shape, constructed from polycarbonate (PC) for both the diffused window and the base. It comes pre-wired with a 2m / 6.5ft 5-wire cable terminated with bare end flying leads. The supply voltage requirement is 12Vdc-30Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal. For mounting, it offers surface / base M30 / 1/2" NPSM thread options, and the dome diameter measures 50mm / 2". The device operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40°C to +50°C and boasts a degree of protection rated at IP67, IP69K, NEMA 4X, NEMA 13, UL type 4X, and UL type 13. Its operating mode includes a momentary job light (G; Green) that is ON when the job input is active, touch activation for output and sensing light (Y; Yellow), and touch with inactive job input activates mispick light (R; Red) and output NO (Normally Open) touch output. The device also features 1 x digital input (12-30Vdc; PNP) for JOB color control, a sensing distance of 100mm, and digital outputs including 1 x digital output (12-30Vdc; PNP) for Touch and 1 x digital output (12-30Vdc; PNP) for Mispick.
