Banner Engineering DX80N2Q45DPSD1 is a Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) designed for predictive maintenance applications within the SureCross Q45 nodes series. It features a moulded reinforced thermoplastic polyester housing with an o-ring sealed transparent polycarbonate cover, a moulded acrylic lens, and stainless steel hardware, ensuring durability and resistance to harsh conditions. The unit operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C and offers a high degree of protection with an IP67 NEMA 6P rating. It is equipped with a red/green LED visual position indicator for radio status, operates on a 2400 MHz transmission frequency, and supports a maximum transmission distance of 1km at nominal emission power. The DX80N2Q45DPSD1 utilizes Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum (FHSS) technology for reliable communication and is designed with a rectangular shape, differential pressure sensor node, 1-wire serial interface, two buttons, and two bi-color LEDs. It connects via a 5-pin M12 female connector and is powered by a 3.6Vdc internal battery. The device is housed in black and designed for mounting with an M30 thread. Its light color options are red and green, and it operates within the 2.4GHz ISM band at 65mW frequency.
