750-891 Description

Wago 750-891 is a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) CPU unit featuring a 32-bit processor and supports various communication protocols including HTTP, BootP, DHCP, DNS, SNTP, FTP, and SNMP. It operates on a supply voltage of 18-31.2Vdc via wiring with a nominal 24Vdc and has no AC supply voltage. The unit provides connection through 2 x RJ45 connectors for fieldbus, a cage-clamp 2-pin for the system, and a cage-clamp 6-pin for the field. Designed as Gen.4, it has an ambient air temperature operation range of C...+55°C and a storage temperature range of C...+85°C. The CPU unit offers a speed of 10Mbit/s and 100Mbit/s, with an IP20 degree of protection and a net width of 61.5 mm. It supports Modbus TCP and Ethernet communication protocols, has a rated insulation voltage (Ui) suitable for DIN-35 rail mounting, and dimensions of H100mm x W61.5mm x D71.9mm. The housing is made of Polycarbonate (PC) / Polyamide (PA) 6.6, capable of 250 x connections per node and 64 x field devices. It features 32kB of non-volatile memory for software, 4MB for program memory, and 4MB for data memory. The unit is vibration resistant according to EN 60068-2-6 -- 4g and shock-resistant according to EN 60068-2-27 --15g. It has a current consumption of 500mA at 24Vdc nominal load, 390mA at 5Vdc system supply, and 1700mA system supply. The control circuit's rated current supports various programming environments and configurations, including Instruction List (IL), Ladder Diagram (LD), Function Block Diagram (FBD), Continuous Function Chart (CFC), Structured Text (ST), Sequential Function Chart (SFC), WAGO-I/O-PRO V2.3, WAGO-I/O-CHECK, Web-Based Management, and CODESYS Library.
