750-816/300-000 WAGO Programmable Logic Controllers

Wago 750-816/300-000 is a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) CPU unit designed for automation tasks. It operates on a supply voltage of 18-31.2Vdc via wiring, with a nominal voltage of 24Vdc, and does not require an AC supply voltage. This unit features a 9-pin D-sub connector for fieldbus connections, along with cage-clamp connections for both 2-pin system and 6-pin field configurations. It is designed to operate within an ambient air temperature range of 0°C to +55°C and can be stored in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +85°C. The CPU unit supports communication speeds from 150bit/s to 115.2kbit/s and utilizes the Modbus RTU and RS-232 communication protocols. It has an IP20 degree of protection and is housed in a polycarbonate (PC) / Polyamide (PA) 6.6 casing, measuring 100mm in height, 50.5mm in width, and 71.1mm in depth. The unit can manage up to 64 connections per node and 247 in fieldbus mode on the controller (master). It includes 8kB of non-volatile memory for software, 32kB for program memory, 32kB for data memory, and 512bytes for fieldbus input and output memory. The CPU unit is vibration resistant up to 4g and shock resistant up to 15g, according to EN 60068-2-6 and EN 60068-2-27, respectively. It has a control circuit rated current of 500mA at 24Vdc nominal load, 350mA at 5Vdc system supply, and 1650mA for system supply. The unit supports multiple programming languages, including Instruction List (IL), Ladder Diagram (LD), Function Block Diagram (FBD), Continuous Function Chart (CFC), Structured Text (ST), and Sequential Function Chart (SFC), through the WAGO-I/O-PRO V2.3 programming environment. It offers configuration options through WAGO-I/O-CHECK and includes a rotary encoder switch. The unit is designed to withstand up to 95% relative humidity, non-condensing, and is equipped with a 16-bit processor.
