RU200-CP40-2UP8X2T/S10 Turck Ultrasonic Sensors

Turck RU200-CP40-2UP8X2T/S10 is an ultrasonic sensor from the RU200 series featuring a 60° sonic cone adjustable with a TEACH button in diffuse mode and a 5-way rotatable sensing head. It is constructed with a PBT-GF30-V0 (glass fiber reinforced Polybutylene Terephthalate) housing and an Aluminium / Ceramic sensing face. This sensor is pre-equipped with a wiring chamber terminal block and a 1/2"-14 NPT entry for connections. It operates on a supply voltage of 15-30Vdc (24Vdc nominal) and can function within an ambient air temperature range of 0°C to +70°C. The device offers a degree of protection rated at IP40 and has a rectangular body shape measuring H40mm x W40mm. It features two digital outputs (10.8-30Vdc; PNP; 150mA max.), with a sensing distance ranging from 50 to 2000mm. The current consumption is 50mA under no-load conditions, and it has a maximum switching frequency of 3Hz. Protection functions include short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity. The operating mode can be programmed as NO (Normally Open) or NC (Normally Closed). The transmission frequency is set at 120kHz / 0.12 MHz, and it boasts a measurement accuracy (resolution) of 1mm. The control circuit is rated for a current of 50mA / 0.05 A.
