RI360P0-QR24M0-IOLX2-H1141 Turck Encoders

Turck RI360P0-QR24M0-IOLX2-H1141 is a contactless rotary inductive angle sensor designed for precise angle measurement. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +85°C and features a through hollow shaft design that is resistant to washdowns. This sensor is equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for easy connection. As part of the Q-track QR24 series, it has dimensions of H78mm x W81mm x D24mm and offers a high degree of protection with IP68 and IP69K ratings. It requires a supply voltage of 15Vdc to 30Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal, and has a rectangular shape. The sensor operates at a frequency of 1kHz with a sampling rate of 1000Hz. It is constructed from ZnAlCu1 metal and a PA12-GF30 plastic housing. Communication is facilitated via IO-Link, and it features one digital output (IO-link output). Protection functions include short-circuit, wire-break, and reverse polarity protection. The sensor offers a resolution of 13-bit (multi-turn) and 16-bit (single turn), with a visual position indicator through a green LED for power and a yellow LED for measuring range display. Its measurement accuracy is ≤ 0.01% of full scale, with a current consumption of 100mA, and it can measure angular positions from 0° to +360°.
