RI360P0-QR24M0-CNX4-2H1150 Turck Encoders

Turck RI360P0-QR24M0-CNX4-2H1150 is a contactless rotary inductive angle sensor designed for precise angle measurement. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +85°C and features a through hollow shaft design that is resistant to washdowns. This sensor is part of the Q-track QR24 series and comes pre-equipped with two 5-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connectors. It has dimensions of H78mm x W81mm x D24mm and offers a degree of protection rated at IP68 and IP69K. The supply voltage required ranges from 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with a nominal range of 12Vdc to 24Vdc. Its rectangular shape is constructed from ZnAlCu1 metal and a PA12-GF30 plastic housing. The sensor utilizes the CANopen communication protocol and includes protection functions against short-circuit, wire-break, and reverse polarity. It features a 16-bit resolution and provides visual position indicators through a green LED for power, a yellow LED for measuring range display, and a green/red LED for CANopen status. The measurement accuracy is ≤ 0.01% of full scale, with a current consumption of 60mA, and it can measure angular positions from 0° to +360°. The sensor has a sampling rate of 800Hz.
