Turck RI120P2-QR20-LU4X2-H1141 is a contactless rotary inductive angle sensor designed for precise angle measurement. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +85°C and features a blind hole shaft that is washdown-resistant, making it suitable for harsh environments. This sensor is equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for easy installation. Part of the Q-track QR20 series, it has dimensions of H63mm x W72mm x D20mm and offers a high degree of protection with ratings of IP68 and IP69K. The supply voltage requirement is 8Vdc to 30Vdc, with a nominal range of 12Vdc to 24Vdc. Its rectangular shape is constructed from a durable Plastic Ultem housing. The sensor has a 1/4" bore size and incorporates protection functions against short-circuit and reverse polarity. It provides one analog output ranging from 0.5Vdc to 4.5Vdc and features a resolution of ≤0.09° with a 12-bit resolution. A green LED serves as a multifunctional visual position indicator, alongside a power ON indicator. The sensor's measurement accuracy is supported by a 0.09° resolution and a current consumption of 100mA, capable of detecting angular positions from 0° to +120° with an 800Hz sampling rate.
