Turck PS010V-503-2UPN8X-H1141 is a sensor designed for pressure measurement with a programmable compound pressure sensor feature. It offers a set point range of 1-100% and a reset point range of 0.5-99.5%. The sensor can measure pressure in units of bar, psi, kPa, MPa, and misc. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40°C to +80°C and has a rotatable housing design with a diameter of 34mm. This model is equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a 1/4" NPT threaded male process port, falling under the PS500 series. It boasts an IP67 degree of protection and requires a supply voltage of 18-30Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal. The sensor's body is cylindrical, and it can reach a maximum switching frequency of 180Hz. It is constructed from 1.4305 (303) stainless steel for both the housing and wetted parts, with a ceramics Al2O3 pressure transducer and a stainless steel pressure connection. The response time ranges from 50 to 600ms, and it features 1 x analog output (4-20mA; can also be used as a NPN/PNP digital output). Measurement accuracy includes set point accuracy of +/-0.5% FS, analog accuracy of ≤+/-0.5% FS, a response time of <3ms, repeatability of ≤0.5% of the measuring range, and zero shift/span shift of ≤0.15% of the measuring range per °C. The control circuit is rated for a current of 200mA / 0.2 A, with a current consumption of 50mA. Time delay settings for ON-delay and OFF-delay range from 0-50.
